PAYMENT

PayPal

We use PayPal to process all orders.

You can pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal – this does not require an account to be set up.

CHEQUE

We can also accept cheque payments. Please contact jill@milliemooknitwear.co.uk for more information.

DELIVERY

YOUR ORDER

As each scarf is individually made, your order will be dispatched within 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed.

We use Royal Mail for all of our International and domestic deliveries.

If you have placed your order and would like to change your delivery address, please contact us on jill@milliemooknitwear.co.uk

NB

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. MillieMoo Knitwear is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return items outside that period please contact us. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Your refund will be made by PayPal or the same method used to make your purchase.

If you wish to return/exchange your item you will have to pay additional shipping costs.

We will only accept returns or exchange of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that show any signs of being worn or where the tags have been removed.

When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. We are not responsible for any charges that may occur from your PayPal account or bank when receiving payments.

SALE RETURNS:

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

We’re happy to offer exchange for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re saleable condition. To make an exchange you must contacts jill@milliemooknitwear.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item or colour, please contact us at jill@milliemooknitwear.co.uk to find out if the desired item/colour is available.

A bill will be sent to the customer for postage to be paid before the replacement item can be dispatched.
